Shipping Policy

At Heritage Minted, we are committed to providing reliable service and ensuring that your order is shipped securely. We offer tracked shipping options so you can monitor your package from the time it leaves our facility until it reaches your address.

International Standard Shipping

International orders are typically shipped using Priority Mail International or another comparable tracked shipping service.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

Estimated international delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs clearance, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs and International Delivery

International packages may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Once an international package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services, or carrier operations are outside Heritage Minted’s direct control.

For tracking delays or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided. You may also contact our customer support team at support@heritageminted.com, and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Signature Confirmation

For higher-value orders, we may use a shipping service that requires a signature upon delivery. This helps protect your order and confirm that it has been received securely.

Customers may also request tracked delivery with signature confirmation by contacting support@heritageminted.com before the order is shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Heritage Minted is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or packages returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.
